Alan Cross forced into action after injuries to Cameron Brate and O.J. Howard.
The versatile fullback basically operated as a tight end when the starting duo went down with leg injuries, but Brate was able to return to the game. Cross finished with one reception for 23 yards, but also dropped a would-be first down on a sliding catch attempt. He isn't a fantasy option.
Alan Cross catches lone target in Week 13.
Cross gained 13 yards on the reception. His role isn't big enough to be a fantasy option right now.
Cross caught two passes for 30 yards in Tampa Bay's preseason opener.
The starting fullback probably won't reach those numbers in the regular season, as he never had more than one catch or 10 yards in 2016, though he did catch a three-yard score. You can obviously ignore him for fantasy purposes, but he will lead the way for Bucs runners in 2017.
Alan Cross catches first career touchdown in Bucs’ win.
It was a three-yard reception in the 4th quarter to give Tampa Bay a 19-10 lead. He’s got a cool name, but Cross can obviously stay far away from fantasy teams.
