Mike Tolbert gets five touches against the Jaguars.
Tolbert had four carries for 15 yards and one reception for ten yards in the playoff loss. On his reception, Tolbert made a nice move to avoid a defender and get a first down. This offseason, the Bills might look to upgrade the backup running back position behind LeSean McCoy, but Tolbert won't be a recommended fantasy option either way.
Mike Tolbert handles eight touches in Week 17 win.
Tolbert rushed seven times for 39 yards and caught a six-yard pass. Buffalo was able to hold off the Dolphins (and get some help) to make the playoffs for the first time since 1999, and they will take on the Jaguars next Sunday. In his first year with the Bills, Tolbert rushed 66 times for 247 yards and one touchdown, adding 14 receptions for 78 yards.
Mike Tolbert gets six carries in Week 14.
He gained 32 yards on his six rushing attempts. Tolbert ran someone over in the snowy conditions, but he then lost a fumble on the play. He's not a fantasy option behind LeSean McCoy in Buffalo's backfield.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) will not play on Sunday.
Tolbert's officially been ruled out, but this doesn't have big fantasy implications, as LeSean McCoy is going to get a ton of touches against the Patriots anyway. Hopefully Tolbert is able to get healthy for Week 14.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) missed practice today.
Tolbert didn't practice yesterday, either, so it looks like he's in serious doubt for Sunday against the Patriots. Check back in tomorrow for his official game status when the team makes it available.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) did not practice today.
Tolbert is still working his way back from the hamstring issue, and he might not play this Sunday against the Patriots. Travaris Cadet has done a fine job while getting touches behind LeSean McCoy in Tolbert's absence, but they could still use Tolbert back in the lineup.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 12.
After a decent start to the week with a limited practice, Tolbert's hamstring is still giving him issues. This doesn't have a huge fantasy impact, as LeSean McCoy will remain a workhorse against the Chiefs anyway.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) did not practice today.
After he was limited in yesterday's practice, Tolbert appears headed in the wrong direction. We'll see how he's listed on the official injury report when it's released tomorrow.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis today.
A full participation would've been better, but this is a good start to the week for Tolbert.
Mike Tolbert (hamstring) is out for Week 11.
Tolbert didn't practice all week and won't be the usual backup behind LeSean McCoy this Sunday. The recently-signed Travaris Cadet will now be the primary backup, but it's probably going to be a ton of McCoy against the Chargers. Consider Tolbert questionable for Week 12.
Mike Tolbert gets four touches in Week 10.
Tolbert carries twice for -2 yards and caught two passes (on two targets) for 17 yards versus the Saints. He's not a recommended fantasy option as long as LeSean McCoy is healthy and in the lineup.
Mike Tolbert gets seven touches against the Jets.
Tolbert carried four times for three yards and caught three passes for 13 yards. He's an important player for Sean McDermott and the Bills, but Tolbert is not on the fantasy radar right now.
Mike Tolbert gets five touches in Week 8.
Tolbert carried four times for 14 yards and caught one pass for -2 yards. Tolbert will chip in an contribute to the Bills in real life, but he's not a reliable fantasy option right now.
Mike Tolbert rushed three times for 29 yards in Sunday's win over the Bucs.
He also caught a one-yard pass. Tolbert could always find the end zone on a goal-line carry, but he's not a recommended fantasy option with LeSean McCoy healthy. Buffalo hosts Oakland in Week 8.
Mike Tolbert gets six touches in Bills' loss.
Tolbert had three carries for 16 yards and three receptions for 18 yards versus Cincinnati. He'll have some good weeks, but it's hard to trust him in fantasy lineups.
Mike Tolbert rushed eight times for 31 yards in Sunday's win over the Falcons.
Tolbert has now handled eight-plus carries in three of four games to start the season, but the running game is seeing stacked boxes with the lack of weapons outside for Buffalo. The Bills will have another ball-control attack next week against Cincinnati. Tolbert can stay on the waiver wire.
Mike Tolbert rushed 11 times for 41 yards in Sunday's win over the Broncos.
Tolbert actually led the team in rushing as LeSean McCoy struggled for the second-straight week. The former fullback doesn't offer much as a pass catcher, though, and he should see less work in the coming weeks. He's not a fantasy option heading into Buffalo's matchup with the Falcons.
Mike Tolbert gets 13 touches in Week 1.
Tolbert had 12 carries for 42 yards and a touchdown along with a 12-yard reception on his lone target against the Jets. The Bills ran 42 times, so there was more than enough work for Tolbert behind LeSean McCoy. This could be a weekly formula for the Bills, who want to rely on their running game and defense to win them games. Tolbert is worth a pickup as someone that looks like they might receive 10+ touches per game and some goal line looks this season. He plays his former team, the Panthers, next Sunday.
Mike Tolbert scores in Saturday night's preseason game.
Tolbert rushed five times for 19 yards, including a one-yard touchdown in the second quarter. He will vulture some touchdowns from LeSean McCoy, but Tolbert isn't a fantasy option.
The Bills will sign running back Mike Tolbert, according to Jordan Raanan.
Buffalo must be looking for big time power football, as it was reported earlier that they will sign Falcons FB Patrick Dimarco tomorrow. Tolbert will probably fill a goal line and short yardage type role in Buffalo.
The Panthers have cut fullback Mike Tolbert.
After five good seasons with Carolina, Tolbert will become a free agent. While fullbacks aren't exactly mainstream anymore, we believe that someone will sign Tolbert and at least bring him to training camp. The Panthers apparently want to run the ball more next season, so they will likely be in the market for a new fullback this offseason.
Mike Tolbert scores on Monday Night Football.
Tolbert had two carries for 13 yards and three catches for 28 yards and a touchdown against the Redskins. The touchdown came on a play action pass near the goal line. Tolbert isn't a good fantasy option as the Panthers fullback.
