Strengths

Exceptional route runner. Elite quickness and 4.4 speed. A threat to score from anywhere on the field. Finds a way to get open at all levels. Can put a double move on a defender to get deep. Does damage with receptions around the line of scrimmage. Yards-after-catch maven. Extremely tough with a solid build. Good hands. Rarely has drop issues. Dangerous return man. Great character and competitiveness.

Weaknesses

Short arms. Doesn’t have have a large catch radius. Will sometimes let the ball get to his body. Has trouble catching the deep ball over his right shoulder.

NFL Comparisons

Odell Beckham Jr. – Golden Tate – Steve Smith

Conclusion

Kirk is one of the most dangerous players in the 2018 NFL Draft due to his ability to get deep or pickup tough yards after the catch. He could eventually become an All-Pro receiver if he builds strong chemistry with a top quarterback.
